1. Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy.! The customer is responsible for notifying our team at contactus@2ndstorygoods.com about the return and shipping the product back. Read more about our return policy.

2. Shipping Information

There is a $5.95 flat rate for all orders, and it usually takes 1-3 business days for items to ship from our U.S. warehouse. Read more about our shipping policy.

3. Where are our products sourced?

Our products are all ethically-sourced in Haiti (with the exception of Not I But We, which is ethically sourced in South Africa)!  The majority of our products are handmade in Gonaives (and specifically in the community of Jubilee, which is a place dear to our heart because it is where all of our work began in 2011). All of our makers are paid a living wage for their work. Read more about our impact.

4. What is the Subscription Club?

At just $27 a month (including shipping), you get boxes of our newest products delivered straight to your doorstep every month! Besides getting exclusive, first-time access to our latest collections, you also get to support the unique craftsmanship of Haitian makers. Learn more about our subscription club. 

5. What is the 2SG VIP Program?

We have a special loyalty program so you can earn rewards and discounts on your purchases. You have the chance to win points (2nd Story Goodies) just by placing orders, following us on social media, and for being born (hello birthday reward!).
